29, Frantsuzsky boulevard won awards at the International Property Awards

Construction holding ZARS took part in the international real estate competition International Property Awards (Great Britain) with the project “House of Karkashadze at 29, Frantsuzsky boulevard” and at the first stage of the competition received honorary awards in four nominations at once:

– Residential High Rise Development (Development of high-rise residential real estate);
– Residential High Rise Architecture (architecture of high-rise residential real estate);
– Architecture Multiple Residence;
– Residential Development (Development of residential real estate).

The International Property Award is a globally renowned quality mark that recognizes the highest level of achievement for residential and commercial real estate companies around the world.

The competition takes place in several stages. The winners of the first stage receive the title of the best in their country. The results of the next stages will be known after the awards ceremony on December 2, 2021 in London, which will be held online due to restrictions imposed in connection with COVID-19.

Participants are assessed by a highly qualified team of professionals who cover the full range of real estate disciplines.
