Today, the ZARS holding company celebrates its birthday. 29 years ago, the company was founded, and from its very first projects, it set a new standard in the development of premium real estate in Odesa.

Karkashadze buildings have become a symbol of quality — for almost three decades, Odesa residents have used this name to refer to the homes in which they dream of living, raising children, and creating family histories. It was the dream of creating such buildings that started the history of ZARS, founded by Givi Silovanovich Karkashadze in 1996. And for 29 years, ZARS has been consistently strengthening its legacy and creating new projects, exceeding expectations each time.
