ZARS Holding is 30 years old

14.10.2026

ZARS Holding celebrates its 30th anniversary.

In 1996, Givi Silovanovich Karkashadze founded the company with a clear vision: to create homes of the highest quality, distinguished by thoughtful architecture and refined aesthetics. Over three decades, this vision has become the philosophy of ZARS.

Behind every project we undertake are people: their vision of an ideal home, their desire to create a space for their family and look to the future with confidence. This is what defines our responsibility behind every decision. After all, a home is part of a life that unfolds over decades and often becomes the story of several generations.

Times and generations change. The principles that guide our work remain constant: attention to detail, responsibility for the result, and projects that retain their value.

Today, we extend our gratitude to everyone who is part of this story: our team, clients and partners.

ZARS. Quality. Aesthetics. Tradition.
