Elevators are high-speed, silent, of new generation with infrared sensors of cabin doors which exclude sudden closing of the elevator. Floors in each elevator are revetted with marble.
Totally 6 elevators: 3 cargo (1000 kg) and 3 passenger (630 kg).
Besides 2 independent inputs of electricity on the complex territory, diesel-generator installation is also in operation. This technical solution ensures functioning of all life support systems of the house including elevators, heating system, water supply, emergency lighting, fire extinguishing, ventilation of all floors of the building and parking, video surveillance, access control.
120 digital Full HD video cameras inside the entire complex territory, including external perimeter, the yard, an underground parking, halls and ladders; elevators, inhabited floors. Records from video cameras are available 2 months.
Every front door and also entrances to the territory have modern digital on-door speakerphones installed with a possibility to call not only an apartment or an office, but also the smartphone. The readers for restriction of access for strangers will be installed in elevators and passage places.
The whole access control system is protected under the Austrian protocol of enciphering Mifare.
Thanks to integration of recirculation into the system of water supply of each apartment water in your taps is hot right after opening.
