Construction start: 2017

The new house at 29, Frantsuzsky boulevard is located just 400 meters away from the sea and 40 meters from the park “Yubileinyi”. Such combination of clean sea and “forest” air creates the best ecological conditions for living.

As all the “Karkashadze’s houses”, the new complex will be constructed of the first-rate building material – red effective ceramic bricks. Every apartment is provided with a spacious comfortable terrace and panoramic windows overlooking the sea and park territory.

The concept of the new house at 29, Frantsuzsky boulevard provides comfort and complete privacy for the residents. Therefore, we have provided only three apartments on the floor and did not arrange any infrastructure facilities and trade-office premises at the complex territory.

Brick is such a popular field-proven and reliable material that it became a metaphor long ago. And we will not exaggerate if we state the bricks are the cells of which the body of our every house consists. The name of our company is built of them, so we have taken care of our main building material to be the best of the best.

Both the house and territories around it create the harmony of refinement and functionality. Individual specially developed landscaping perfectly supplements the general concept of the complex.

It combines classical elements of landscape gardening art with an urbanistic natural landscape in itself. The territory is arranged as the modern park, with the fountain, light installations, the place for a barbecue and the planted trees and shrubs shadow canopies. The large part of the territory is left for the green zone where the multi-colored plants garden is settled down. All territory has a perfect view to the park and the sea.

Windows in the Karkashadze’s Houses are of eurobar and aluminum. The eurobar is the natural wood processed in such a way that it is not subject to influence of moisture and temperature alterations.

Thanks to this technology the wood keeps the property to create a healthy microclimate, to keep heat and silence, keeping a form and attractive appearance over time.

High-quality two-chamber energy saving double-glazed windows are installed in the windows, what together with wooden frames provide impressive results on creation of temperature and sound comfort.

Elevators are high-speed, silent, of new generation with infrared sensors of cabin doors which exclude sudden closing of the elevator. Floors in each elevator are revetted with marble.
Totally 6 elevators: 3 cargo (1000 kg) and 3 passenger (630 kg).
